I have been running this Java noodle since 2003. The Java noodle business was founded by my mother. I took over when my mother retired, I learned all the recipes and business operations processes from my mother and started my own stall. I have always accepted the opinions and feedback from my customers and took them to heart to improve bit by bit through the journey and achieved the ultimate Jawa Mee delicious taste. My Jawa Mee Soup is boiled with sweet potatoes and potatoes, and it took a whole night to get the taste. The ingredients in my Java noodles are tofu, potatoes, eggs, prawn crackers, cucur, peanuts, chilli and Kasturi lime. 我从2003年开始经营这门爪哇面,至今已经经营了19年。爪哇面这门生意本是我妈妈在经营,之后因为妈妈逐渐老去,我并向我妈妈学习如何经营这门生意。之后我从妈妈那里接手下来,开了自己的档口,妈妈以前教会我的食谱我也一点一点的抓技巧,也常从顾客给的意见中再次改良,一点一滴的从失败中做起,才有现在的味道! 我的汤头是用番薯和马铃薯熬出来的,熬了一整夜才熬出了这个味道。 我的爪哇面里的材料有豆干,马铃薯,鸡蛋,虾饼,cucur,花生,辣椒和吉仔。
