How do I know what products is available?
You can browse products offered by merchants from each state. I.e. Penang, Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka and Johor. The products offered by merchants may be available locally in your state and other states. Alternatively, You may also contact desired merchants directly from the merchants list for the availability of their product in your location.
How many products can I place booking in a single order?
You may place order as many products you desired in a single order offered by a merchant. However only products in the same location and pickup time can be combine in a single order.
How do I know when to make payment for the order booking I have placed?
Merchant will accept your order when the total order booking has reached the target quantity set. You will be notified via email with payment link to complete your booking. Payment must be made 1day before pickup date.
When can I collect my order after payment?
The pickup location and time is listed on the products menu. The location detail is also available on your account Order History. Email notification will sent for pickup.
Can I cancel my Group Buy Booking?
Yes, Cancellation can only be made prior to merchant acceptance of your booking.
Do you charge delivery fees from Penang to Selangor or KL?
No, we don't charge the long distance delivery fee from Penang to Selangor or KL.
How much is the local delivery fee?
The delivery fee depends on the distance and type of vehicle used. We use delivery service such as lalamove, grab, etc. You will be able to see the delivery fee at the check-out page before payment.
Is there a limit per order?
No, There is no limit or minimum per order. However there is a limit set by merchant base on their individual capacity for the selected available day.
Can i place order for self collect?
Yes, you can select Delivery or Pickup at the check-out and select the Pickup location at check-out page.
How do i place quantity more than merchant's daily limit?
Pls contact Customer Service 1700829331 for large quantity delivery.
What time can i expect the delivery to arrive my location?
Delivery is scheduled to complete between 5pm - 7pm. Notification will be send once delivery is pickup by delivery rider.
Will i be notified when the delivery is on the way?
Yes, we will send notification once delivery rider has pickup the delivery.
How do i place order for Delivery or Self Pickup for a friend or relative?
Yes, pls input Recipient Name, Contact and Location/Address at the Check-out page. Similarly for Self Collect, pls select Pickup at the check-out page, input Recipient Name and Contact .
Can i cancel my order or product items?
Yes, you may cancel your order or product items 72 hours before the delivery date. The value will be credited to your iOnefood account.
How can i add more product items to my order?
Due to delivery size calculation, we are unable to add more product items once payment is made. However, you may cancel order (72hrs before delivery date) and reorder to include product items desired.
Can i change delivery address?
You cannot change the delivery address because of the paid delivery fee is base on the address when order payment was made. You cancel 2days before the delivery date and reorder with the new address .
How is the food pack?
All soup and gravy base foods is pack separately to prevent noodles from becoming soggy.
How many days can save the foods?
Pls refer to the menu description. Generally is best to consume within the delivery day.
Is the foods Frozen?
The food is freshly cook on by the Sifu on the day of delivery, We collect the foods at 10am in Penang, The transport will reach Selangor about 3.30pm-4pm, The foods will be combine according to order and deliver between 5-7pm same day.
